About Me

My name is Rachael Bogacz, and I appreciate you stopping by.

I’m a licensed clinical social worker working with the American Indian and Alaska Native community, where I focus on culturally grounded, trauma-informed care. I enjoy working with clients on building resilience and building their narrative. Alongside my clinical work, I also support program development, supervision, and grant writing to help expand access to mental health services. My perspective is shaped not only by my work, but also by my own experiences navigating complex medical challenges, which have taught me a lot about resilience and healing. I’m passionate about creating spaces where people feel understood, supported, and connected to their story. Outside of my work, I’m a wife and mom who loves reading, writing, and finding meaning in the everyday moments of life.
